Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the announcement of the list of national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites in 2021. Our Logistics Management Major was approved as a national first-class specialty construction site.

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Education Conference, implement the spirit of the National Undergraduate Education Conference in the new era, improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities, and achieve the connotative development of higher education, the Ministry of Education has implemented the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" for first-class undergraduate specialty construction since April 2019, and will build about 10000 national first-class undergraduate specialties and about 10000 provincial first-class undergraduate specialties in 2019-2021. In 2021, the Ministry of Education identified 3730 national first-class undergraduate professional construction sites, including 1466 central tracks and 2264 local tracks.

The logistics management major will take this opportunity to continue to deepen the undergraduate education and teaching reform, further improve the professional construction plan, continue to improve the professional connotation and construction level, strengthen the professional characteristics, accelerate the construction of first-class undergraduate courses, comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training, and contribute to the implementation of Hunan's "three high and four new" strategy and Hengyang's "land port type national logistics hub city" construction.
