On the 15th of October, the director of International Communication Division of Hunan Province Education Department, Wang Hongbing, came to HNIT, and held a seminar. The theme of the seminar was discussing some important issues about sending teachers abroad to further their education.

A great deal of leaders, experts, and teachers participated in the seminar, consisting of the vice-president of HNIT Cui Xiaoli, the vice-president of Hengyang Normal University Li Lingling, the director of International Communication Division of Nanhua University Yuan Chunyang, the director of School of Mechanical Engineering Liu Anmin, the director of School of Mathematics Science and Energy Source Engineering Liu Jingzhong etc.

Wang Hongbing listened to every participant’s opinion carefully and discussed with them, asking them for their thoughts, puzzles, and prospects. Meanwhile, she explained the regulations, new policies, and the programs offered for sending teachers abroad to further their education. Moreover, she also hoped that every one should take the responsibility to internationalize our high-level education system.
